1.         Welcome & Introductions 

2.         Subcommittee Mission: 

“Plan and execute transition from paper to online surveys of attorneys and Superior Court judges regarding appellate oral arguments and opinions by July 1, 2010. Determine feasibility of moving other survey recipient groups (e.g., peer judges, staff) to online surveys for the 2012 review cycle.”


3.         Brief Overview of Current Survey Process


4.         Potential Work Groups:

a.  Education:  Plan campaign to educate survey recipients about online surveys

b.  Technical:  Consult with Behavior Research in survey mechanics and design

 

5.         Identify Key Considerations/Goals:

            a.  Overcome spam filter and firewall challenges

b.  Maintain data security

            c.  Assure confidentiality of respondents

            d.  Maintain data integrity

            e.  Maintain or improve response rates
